Information we handle
When you purchase a product, our storefront and checkout providers process information needed to complete the order, such as contact, billing, order, and transaction details. The contact form on this site prepares a message in your email app; it is sent to Odd Audio only if you choose to send it. Your email provider processes that message. We use messages we receive to respond and assist with your request.
Marketing emails
We send marketing emails only if you choose to sign up or opt in when purchasing a plugin. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or contact us at support@oddaudio.net. Order and service messages may still be sent when needed to complete a purchase or provide support.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website. Analytics may use first-party cookies and similar technologies to distinguish visitors and sessions, and may process information such as page activity, browser and device details, session statistics, and approximate location. We do not use advertising cookies. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Analytics data collection information.
How we use and share information
We use information to process orders, deliver products, provide customer support, send opted-in marketing, maintain site security, and understand site usage. We share information with service providers that support checkout and payments, hosting, analytics, and opted-in email marketing, and when disclosure is required by law. Checkout and payment providers process information under their own privacy notices, which are available during checkout.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including order support, business records, and legal obligations. We use service providers and safeguards intended to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other handling of your personal information. Contact support@oddaudio.net to make a request; we may need to verify your identity.
Changes
We may update this Notice as our practices change. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.
